I have been working with Mike for about 3 months now and I am proud to say that, I am making progress. I am down 16lbs. I have also lost inches all over. I will highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs help with his or her fitness goals.

Morgan


I have been working with Mike for a few weeks and I have seen dramatic changes in my physical appearance, energy levels, strength and stamina. After my first week of training, I couldn't walk for four days :-)! I have never loved working out more! Mike is awesome, and the people that I workout with are incredible! I couldn't ask for a better way to spend my mornings. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a friendly, personable, Knowledgeable personal trainer.

Sarah



Before I came to Mike, I never wanted to do hard conditioning. I came to find out that coming to mike was the most intense training I have done, but I love it. Mike makes the work outs fun but kicks our butts at the same time. We work out every part of our body and most days I can't move after! I have seen the results already in my short time with Mike.

Laura A



As a wife and mother of 4 children I have very little time to myself. It is not uncommon for a stay-at-home mom to feel stressed and/or depressed at times. I admit I began to feel this way. I had read somewhere that exercise can help with such things in addition to all the other main reasons people exercise. Finding the time and the energy to work-out is next to impossible. I tried to work-out whenever I could and did the best I could on my own but it wasn’t enough. Michael found the time to work into my schedule and it’s been a great experience. One example of how successful his workouts are is the improvement in my running. I run the same half marathon every year and generally get about the same time. The first race I did after working with him I beat my time by 15 minutes. His workouts are very challenging but they make me feel strong and confident. And although I am quite sore sometimes after his workouts I do have the energy to get through my day. Also, I not only have a healthier lifestyle but a healthier, stress free attitude.
