About Me

My name is Michael Andam and I am your health coach/personal trainer. I was born in Ghana but moved to the United States to pursue my educational goals. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I am a sports enthusiast with a very good understanding of body mechanics and what it takes to bring out the best in every body through hard work, proper nutrition and consistency. I work well with all populations from youth to senior citizens. My programs are safe, effective, fun and customized towards improving the overall health of my clients.
